The Vigon Method

The Vigon Method removes the limitations inherent in other programs by combining proven disciplines with traditional strength training, martial arts, Pilates and yoga to incorporate the elements your body needs to develop core strength, flexibility, balance stability and coordination.

The Vigon Method examines each individual, pinpointing tight, overactive muscles and weak underused muscles through comprehensive postural screening.  A tailored program is then created to address muscle imbalances, strengths and weaknesses.  The result is a holistic workout that meets your needs and goals, while helping to relieve that aching back, those sore hips and creaky knees.

Just like taking a car in for a regular tune up and re-alignment, the body needs the same care and maintenance to slow down normal wear and tear and to catch problems before they cause a break down.

Years of inactivity, improper exercise technique, and working at a computer take their toll on the body.  The Vigon Method first works to realign the body, making sure the right muscles are working in the right sequence, at the right time.

An individually customised program of soft tissue work, flexibility, strengthening and body awareness, helps to return the body to a proper postural alignment, while getting you into the best shape of your entire life.

Often times the results utilizing the Vigon Method are dramatic and immediate.  Many clients move and feel better after the first few sessions and see visible results in as little as one month.

Brad focuses on proper muscle activation and exercise technique.  Of utmost importance is building a well balanced program tailored to the individual so they can build a fit, strong body that is ready to take on any challenge.

Brad believes variety is the key to results so no two workouts are ever the same.  You will never know what to expect when you train with Brad.

The Vigon Method can be done just about anywhere.  You can do it in a gym, your home, office or even outdoors.
