The Vigon Method


The human body wasn’t designed to sit in chairs hunched over a desk for long periods of time. 

Over time this causes certain muscles to shorten and become tight, while others lengthen and become weak, leading to muscle imbalance and impaired movement patterns. 

These poor movement patterns pull the body out of its natural alignment and start to increase wear and tear on the joints and connective tissue, eventually causing pain and injury.
